By using void03.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

VOID/03 releases limited-quantity drops. Items are sold first-come, first-served and may sell out without notice. Colors and details may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and small-batch production.

All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (with full refund) in case of pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues. Payment is processed securely via Shopify.

All graphics, photos, and designs on this site are owned by VOID/03 and protected by copyright. Don't reproduce them without permission. The VOID/03 name and logo are our trademarks.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Don't share your password. We can suspend accounts that abuse the site, attempt fraud, or violate these terms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VOID/03 isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VOID/03 is registered. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
