VOID/03 ("we", "us", "our") is a small-batch streetwear label. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit void03.com or place an order, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

• Account info: email, display name, avatar (if you sign in).
• Order info: name, shipping address, items purchased, order history — handled and stored by Shopify, our checkout provider.
• Payment info: processed directly by Shopify (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never see or store your full card number.
• Marketing: email if you subscribe to our newsletter or back-in-stock alerts.
• Browser data: cart, wishlist, recently viewed items — stored locally on your device.

• To send you transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
• To send drop announcements and restock alerts — only if you opt in.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.

We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the services that help us run the store:

• Shopify — checkout, orders, payments, addresses.
• Shipping carriers — your address, to deliver your order.
• Email provider — to send transactional and marketing emails.

• Access a copy of the data we hold on you.
• Correct or delete your data.
• Opt out of marketing at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link).

Order data is kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is deleted on request.
